The location of this APA Hotel is excellent—three streets east of the station and one from the bay. The room was also immaculate, the staff was very polite, and it was effortless to come and go. Checkout is also straightforward, as you drop the card in a box on the way out. It is an easy-to-use business hotel - and you can find APA hotels across Japan.

APA hotel rooms are always very small but otherwise are well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was convenient, about 5 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was excellent value.

Good location not far from the station and waterfront area (and easy bus ride from ferry terminal. Staff are friendly and helpful. They saw me roll up on my bike and came outside to greet me and show me where to park it.

The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are large, clean. I walk from JR station for 7-10mins.

The receptionist could talk quite well in english, the rooms were clean, the air conditioning was very good and there was a pleasant smell. The hotel Is in a good position in Aomori, even if the city Is quite small.

The hotel is located very close to Aomori station. There is a convenience store nearby and a few great izakayas for night outs. Great value for the price.

APA provides you with all the facilities and amenities you need. The location is convenient to Aomori station, on a quiet street. We were backpacking up to Hokkaido and needed to stay somewhere for a night. We also had a huge load of laundry to do, and they provide an efficient washing & dryer. I remember the staff was really welcoming at the door!! :) That night there was a festival on, and we could hear the fireworks

If you're looking for cheap and cheerful that is close to everything, APA Aomori is a good option. Easy walking distance to local restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the waterfront and train station. The room was comfortable and clean with free on new release on demand movies.

The choice at breakfast was very large, using also local products. Perfect for a short stay and value for money is ok.
